Constanza Bañuelos

Constanza prepares citizenship applications and DACA renewals, and runs the clinic's Saturday citizenship workshops.
Constanza came to Las Vegas when she was six and received DACA in high school. She renewed her own permit four times before she became a permanent resident, and later a citizen.
She's accredited by the U.S. Department of Justice to represent clients before USCIS, under the supervision of the clinic's attorneys. She isn't a lawyer, and she'll tell you so; when a case needs one, she brings Ulises in.
